Cousins= i.e. title used by a sovereign in addessing his noblemen.
chambers will be safe refers to the spies prowling about private chambers. rooms (but with the extended sense of 'private dwellings'. ダンカンが殺されたのは chamber であるから、ここでは「寝室」と特定して、安心して眠れる、という意味はどうだろうか。なおマクベスが宴会を開いたのも chamber である。
nothing= not at all.

Let our just censures Attend the true event= Let our exact judgement await the exact issue. "censure"= judgement. "event"= revolt. 別の注釈三種、 let's just see how things turn out before we before we come to conclusions (about Macbeth's situation). Let us defer giving our opinion upon these things until the event has actually taken place.
Macduff advises patience and prudence.

and what we really shall then possess. "Owe" is almost always used by Shakespeare for 'own, or 'possess.' //the time is quickly coming in which we will know for certain what we can say we have accomplished and what we have yet to do
